The shot blasting oiling line designed and produced by our company for Dongguan Zhongtai mold includes a set of automatic hanging shot blasting cleaning equipment, a set of automatic oiling leveling equipment and related electrical control systems. Shot blasting treatment in the front process of the production line can effectively remove oxide scale, strengthen and relieve stress of hot stamping parts. In the latter process, anti-rust oil and leveling are sprayed on hot stamping parts, with an annual treatment capacity of 150-1.8 million pieces. adopts special pneumatic diaphragm pump for oiling, with imported coating voltage regulator, which is convenient to achieve oiling supply pressure and flow.

leveling section is a skeleton box structure, and the outer layer is rock wool insulation layer. The leveling section is designed with enough length to make the oil cover 100% of the workpiece in this section.
