Usage Introduction

After the non-processed surface is painted, it will not take off for a long time, thus improving the service life and appearance quality of the product.

working principle

chamber is protected by wear-resistant guards. The guard plates are all pressed with protective nuts for easy disassembly and replacement.

Crawler and end plate

1. [Q3210C] The crawler device is mainly composed of 45 links and crawlers mounted on the links.

2. [QR3210] The crawler device is mainly composed of a chain ring and a wear-resistant rubber crawler mounted on the chain ring. The rubber track is provided with small holes to allow the projectile to flow into the steel mesh at the bottom to pass through the screen and return to the pellet circulation system.

3. The track is wrapped around a pair of circular trays so as to spatially form an upper open drum, which is moved by octagonal wheels. The operation of the track makes the workpiece constantly turn. The track can realize forward and reverse rotation: forward to workpiece cleaning operation, reverse to unloading operation. The crawler track is provided with a tensioning device.

Hanging door

1. The inner side of the hanging door of this machine is paved with wear-resistant rubber guard plate, which is made of steel pressing plate and pressed with special hexagon nut. The hanging door is also equipped with rubber curtain to cover the gap between it and the chamber body to prevent projectile splashing.

2. The standard configuration of the machine is an electric hanging door, and the door can be opened and closed through the reducer traction wire rope. The specific configuration is subject to the equipment purchased by your company.

Feeding Machine

feeder is composed of a lifting mechanism and a hopper car overturning mechanism. The feeder frame is lapped on the hanging door. The hopper car moves upward during loading. After the trolley reaches the unloading position, the hopper rotates around the front axle of the trolley to add work to the crawler.

pellet circulation purification system

Dust removal system

The dust removal system is used to remove the dust generated during the work of the shot blasting machine and prevent environmental pollution. The system is composed of dust collector, fan and connecting pipeline (from cleaning room, separator to dust collector). The connecting pipe is equipped with a butterfly valve to adjust the air volume, so that the work of each part of the equipment to achieve a better state, so that no dust spills during the work process.
