Application

Especially suitable for:
1) Clean and strengthen the surface of many varieties and small batches of castings, forgings and steel structural parts, and remove a small amount of sticky sand, sand core and oxide on the surface of the workpiece;
2) Surface cleaning and strengthening of heat treated parts;
3) Cleaning of slender and thin-walled parts that are not suitable for collision.

Specific characteristics
The area directly thrown by the blasting turbines in the protection chamber is lined with a protective plate made of high manganese (65Mn) or ZGMn13 steel plate, and the other areas are protected by high manganese steel plate. The protection plates are pressed with protective nuts for easy disassembly and replacement.
The chamber is sealed at the top
The lifting hook walking track at the top of the chamber body is provided with two seals; The lower layer of wear-resistant rubber plate and the upper layer of high-strength nylon brush row prevent the projectile from flying out of the chamber.

The doors are open to each other. The inner side of the door is covered with wear-resistant rubber protection plate, made of steel plate and pressed with special hexagonal nut; There are foam rubber strips around the door to effectively seal around the door; A small part of the pellets brought out when opening the door are put into the chamber to prevent the pellets from falling to the ground and causing people to slip and get injured. An oil cup is provided on the door shaft of the door to lubricate the bearing in the door leaflet.
pellet circulation purification system
The pellet circulating purification system is composed of a pellet sand separator, a bucket elevator, a screw conveyor and a pellet control system, which is used for re-circulating and separating and purifying the pellet.

The workpiece transport mode using rail hook to suspend the workpiece. The track is made of 16 # I-steel, and the entire track is fixed to the upper part of the cleaning chamber by rail members.
Hook system
It is composed of hook, reducer, friction wheel, electric hoist parts and so on.
The system can complete the functions of hanging, lifting, and carrying the workpiece into the chamber, and making the workpiece rotate in the cleaning room under the drive of the rotation device.
For the double hook shot blasting machine, the hook has an independent walking track, and it is not necessary to change the track when working. In this way, the operator can load and unload the workpiece with another hook while working on one hook, which effectively improves the work efficiency.
Rotation reducer
The rotation reducer is composed of a reducer, a friction wheel, a large and small bevel gear, a rotating support part, a base and other components.
Working principle: The reducer is driven by bevel gear to drive the friction wheel to rotate around its own rotating shaft, while the friction wheel drives the passive wheel on the hook system to rotate, so as to realize the rotation of the workpiece in the cleaning room, so that the shot blasting machine to the workpiece surface for comprehensive cleaning.
