Central woodworking dust removal system

Usage Introduction


The central woodworking dust removal system is composed of the main body of the dust collector, the settlement pipeline, the material transportation and the dust separation. Dust generated in the work is pumped to the settlement pipe through the negative pressure pipe for initial settlement. The settled dust is transported to one end of the negative pressure pipe by the scraper and discharged into the conveying pipe by the unloader for conveying and separation cycle. Suspended dust is blown into the dust collector through the main negative pressure pipe through the fan for separation. The separated dust is transported to the unloader through the scraper and discharged into the conveying pipe for conveying and separation cycle. The dust in the conveying pipeline is circularly separated by the conveying fan and the cyclone separator, and the separated dust is discharged into the dust silo by the unloader.

Specific Features


Central woodworking dust removal system design principles:

1. According to the characteristics of large wood dust concentration, we adopt a gradual airflow channel design for the dust collector to ensure uniform airflow distribution. Optimize the design of airflow organization to avoid high-speed scouring and wear of local areas inside the dust collector. Make the dust cleaning compressed air to all filter bags evenly blowing and filtering, improve the overall life of the filter bag.
2. We design a soft connection between the air outlet of the dust collector and the inlet of the fan to eliminate the vibration caused by the high-speed operation of the fan; a muffler is designed at the outlet of the fan to reduce the noise generated by the high-speed operation of the fan;
3. In order to facilitate the maintenance and observation of the dust collector, we have designed a plexiglass observation (maintenance) door at the lower part of the dust hopper of the dust collector. Flange connection is adopted between 4-6 meters of system pipelines, and inspection doors are designed around 5 meters. It is convenient to observe the dust settlement in the pipeline and clean it up;
4. According to the hydrophilic characteristics of wood dust, dust is easy to agglomerate under certain moisture content. Arching a bridge in the dust hopper of the dust collector leads to material blocking. We design a vibrator in the dust hopper of the dust collector to carry out auxiliary dust removal and reduce the work of manual auxiliary dust removal;
5. The ventilation and dust removal system needs to be equipped with a fan and an air compressor. The drive needs a three-phase four-wire power supply. The dust removal of the dust collector needs to be equipped with a pulse controller. The pulse meter is installed near the dust collector. The power supply of the control cabinet (box) shall be provided by the Employer. It is required to pull the cable to the main switch pile in the control cabinet. At the same time, please provide a common grounding electrode to facilitate the ground connection.
