Dust-containing airflow enters the dust collector from the side inlet or top inlet, the dust is "intercepted" and gathered by the outside of the filter cartridge, and the purified airflow is discharged from the center of the filter cartridge to achieve the purpose of purification. In order to clean the filter cartridge, compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) is used to generate a strong air flow that is released to the center of the filter cartridge through the electromagnetic valve, and the dust collected on the outer surface of the filter cartridge is oscillated and blown down like a vibration wave and falls into the ash hopper below. In order to ensure the filter cartridge dust removal normal continuous dynamic rotation, by the PLC control system according to the set program for back blowing.
