Usage Introduction


Air box pulse bag filter consists of four parts: box body, bag type, ash hopper, air inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, ladders, railings, air pressure pipeline systems, ash removal control mechanisms, etc.

The gas box pulse bag filter can be used as a crusher, dryer, coal mill, raw material mill, grate cooler, cement mill, packaging machine and dust collection equipment at the top of each warehouse, and can also be used as dust removal equipment in other industries.
The air box pulse bag filter can be widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing, packaging, warehouse top, clinker cooler and various mills in cement plants. For example, for dust collection in coal mills, anti-combustion and explosion-proof measures should be added, and the structure of dust collector should be changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, such as grinding system with O-Sep powder cleaner. The dust concentration of gases is as high as 1000G/M3, cyclone dust collector may not be provided for primary dust collection.

The material of this series dust collector filter bag is generally polyester needle felt, and the allowable use temperature is less than 120 ℃. If the filter bag is made of aramid needle felt, the allowable use temperature can reach 210 ℃. But this material is expensive. If the temperature of the treated exhaust gas is higher than the allowable temperature of the above filter material, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
