The electrical control of the whole reclaimed sand production line (from the sanding machine to the sand hopper above the sand mixer) adopts PLC centralized control and analog screen display;

regeneration and sand drop system can realize the linkage of the whole line, and can also realize partial linkage and single-machine action. The sand drop machine is equipped with a separate button station to ensure safe production. When the sand temperature regulator is not required to participate in the work, other equipment in the production line can still work normally; the operation mode is divided into manual and automatic two ways.
