Usage Introduction

Specific Features

consists of a fixed upper cover and an array moving bed, which are flexibly connected and sealed. There is a feed inlet on one side of the upper cover, and the feed chute adopts multi-layer movable adjusting side plates to ensure uniform feed. The top of the other side of the upper cover is provided with an air outlet, which is connected with the dust removal system. The middle top is provided with an access door. Two vibration motors are installed on both sides of the vibrating bed. The vibration motors are made of domestic famous brand products and are fastened with special double sets of anti-back locking nuts to ensure that the nuts.

boiling bed surface is a specially designed fish scale orifice plate made of stainless steel plate, which requires uniform air intake but is not easy to be blocked by sand particles. The lower part of the bed is a bellows, and the blower is blown by one end of the vibrating bed; the outlet is at the other end of the vibrating bed. The positions of the feed inlet, the discharge outlet, the blast outlet and the air outlet can be adjusted according to the process position.
