large bag type blowback dust collector

Principle and Characteristics

The working principle and structural characteristics of large bag type blowback dust collector:
Large bag type blowback dust collector is divided into positive pressure type (also known as press-in type) and negative pressure type (also known as suction type). This manual is introduced according to negative pressure type.
Under the action of negative pressure, dust-containing gas enters the lower ash hopper from the air inlet pipe. A baffle is arranged on the front of the air inlet. Coarse dust falls into the ash hopper by collision and gravity. After fine particle dust is filtered by the filter bag, it is sucked on the inner wall of the filter bag. The purified gas is sucked into the fan through the bag filter chamber through the exhaust pipe through the cutting valve at the top of the equipment, and then discharged into the atmosphere.
The dust attached to the filter bag continues to increase, and when the resistance rises to the specified value, the dust will begin to be removed. The dust removal method of the equipment depends on the chamber back blowing method. During back blowing, the reversing valve is used to close the exhaust pipe, open the back blowing pipe, and cut off the negative pressure shaft suction effect of the single chamber. Because the air inlet pipes of each chamber of the equipment are connected and are in a negative pressure state, the negative pressure shaft suction effect of the adjacent chamber is caused. The airflow is sucked into the filter bag chamber through the back blowing pipe, and through the filter bag, the airflow enters the inner side from the outside of the filter bag, and is sucked into the adjacent chamber through the ash hopper and the air inlet pipe of the chamber to be discharged. At this time, the filter bag is deflated. The dust inside the filter bag is then shaken off to the ash hopper, completing the ash removal of the single chamber. Under the control of the ash removal actuator, the other chambers carry out the same sequence of ash removal. When the ash removal reaches a certain value, the ash removal stops.
Because the large bag type blowback dust collector adopts the dust cleaning method of pulse blowing. It has the advantages of good dust removal effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long service life of filter bag, small maintenance workload and safe and reliable operation. It is widely used for dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, mining, etc. The large bag-type backblowing dust collector has 6 specifications, each of which can be divided into standard type A with ash bucket and type B with open flange (without ash bucket), its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box body adopts welding structure, and the inspection door is sealed with foam rubber strip to ensure that the dust collector is tight and does not leak air. The dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper (or the spacious open flange at the lower part), and the coarse particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases continuously, causing the equipment resistance to rise to reach the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller), the programmer starts to work, and opens the pulse valves one by one to make the compressed air blow the filter bag through the nozzle to clean the dust, causing the filter bag to expand suddenly. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly breaks away from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After all the filter bags are blown to clean the dust, the dust.
