Filtration working condition: combined structure with arresting and filtering double dust removal mechanism is adopted. Dust-containing smoke enters the filter bag of the filter chamber from the air inlet pipe above the ash hopper. A deflector is arranged in the air inlet pipe. Coarse particles of dust fall into the ash hopper under the action of the deflector and gravity, thus realizing the pre-separation of dust and reducing the wear of dust on the filter bag. Fine dust flows into the filter bag with the airflow, the dust is retained in the filter bag, the airflow is purified through the dust bag, and the purified airflow is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
Ash removal working condition: only one lifting switching valve is used to replace other types of dryer bag filter. A bag room needs a ventilation butterfly valve and a back blowing butterfly valve to act at the same time to complete the back blowing and ash removal work. It is easy to realize the ash removal control process of "combined state" and the ash removal effect is ideal.
